Refunds & Returns Policy

Because every Bocâge Nätìve product is handcrafted in small batches and classified as a personal care item, all sales are final.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Body Butters

• Dry Body Oils

• Hydrating Body Washes

• Linen & Room Sprays

• Candles

• Gift Cards

• Any opened or used products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email BocageNative@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged item and shipping box

After reviewing your claim, we will gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution if the issue resulted from our error.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

• An order cannot be fulfilled.

• A duplicate order was placed.

• We determine a refund is appropriate after reviewing your claim.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once production or packaging has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
